Max Dex Bonus

While making a fighter I purchased Mithral Full Plate Armor. The armor listing updates to say that the max Dex is +4 for the Mithral, but the calculated AR only list the Dex bonus as +1.

The maximum Dex bonus is +3 The Mithral adjustment is only +2 and the masterwork adjustment is already included with that.
