Rise of the Runelord Official vs the previous Fan Version?

So I'm running the RotRL AP and long before the official pack came out, and I was(and still am) using the fan built files.

What differences are there, if any?

For those of you who have the official file, are they worth it?
Or should I just stick with my old fan built files?

The community files were built, if I recall correctly, before the anniversary edition. As far as I am aware cost is the only other difference.

The AP pack can be bought by people who don't own all the required add-ons, and they still get all the encounters.

The Community version requires you to have bought all the relevant add-on packages.

The community version was fully updated to the Anniversary Edition actually.

If you do purchase it from LW it helps them to make more packs in the future.
