Libris Mortis...No Half-Vampire?

Maybe I missed it, but I cannot find a way to use the half-vampire template in my HL program. I have configured my hero to use all the 3.5 books, including Libris Mortis, but the half-vampire option is not there.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I was actually just looking at the Libris Mortis user file. As it turns out, there are no races or templates available at this time. It only contains the feats and the True Necromancer PrC. I will be looking to expand upon that in a future release.

I was toying around with creating my own template through the editor, but I could not figure out how to add a few things. I was really stumped on adding the skills (+2 racial bonuses to Bluff, Hide, Listen, etc...). However, I am getting better at adding my own content.

You can check out the races in the Monster Manual 1 user file. The animal races in there have examples of how to provide skill bonuses. If you do add content, particularly from Libris Mortis, please let me know. I'd love to include it for the next release.
