HELP cannot start HL- endless loop of errors

I am unable to start HL. I just purchased Ultimate Campaign, revalidated license, and get this error upon starting HL:


The following errors occurred:

Portal 'tacFlat'-Bitmap file could not be loaded: C:\ProgramData\HeroLab\data\pathfinder\flat_footed.bmp


I'm given the option of OK, which I click. It takes me to this same error again and again.

seems like something may have gotten corrupt. I'd redownload the pathfinder.hl file from the website and run it and see if that fixes it.

Have you emailed support@wolflair.com about the issue? This is not a standard error that most people on the forums can help with.
