No, but if you export that file and host it and and an xml file targeting it, you should be able to use it as a third-party source for updates that HL will detect through the normal update mechanism.

I'll let someone else describe the exact process, since I rarely use it and I'm away from my desktop right now, so I can't walk through it.

Help menu...Hero Lab Manual, and then follow the "Distributing Data Files" link is where you'll find the instructions on how to set up what Chemlak is describing.
