Have you found a solution for scrolling in the pop-up boxes?

Have you found a solution for scrolling in the pop-up boxes?
I almost exclusively use touch, after that pen, almost never use mouse or even the keyboard.
Although, using the pen doesn't help either, still can't scroll the text with it no matter how much i try and grab the non-existent scroll bar
Not yet. but if I have time this weekend I will check some ideas. I have been playing with a piece of software that is so damn cool, I almost have it working perfectly, see I hit the button on the pen and it launches Hero Lab now, not Onenote. I bought a new router so I have to re-do my entire network, may not have the chance between naps

I figured it out!
On my Surface, when the ? popup box comes up, use two fingers on the the pad and swipe up. The MS directions said to swipe down with 2 fingers but it must be defaulted to the opposite. I was so relieved when it started working.
