Need some help with portfolio error

Just recently when I open up a few of my portfolios I am seeing the following error:

Pick 'sClrCreWat' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '182'
Pick 'sClrCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '188'
Pick 'sDDesConta' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '196'
Pick 'sClrCuSeWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '249'
Pick 'sAdpCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '260'
Pick 'sAdpCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '261'
Pick 'sAdpCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '262'
Pick 'sAdpCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '263'
Pick 'sAdpCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '264'
Pick 'sClrCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '270'
Pick 'sClrComman' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '276'

If anyone can point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this it would be greatly appreciated. I have not used HL on this computer in a few weeks but the last time I was on it, I had created a new user file for some custom items, I did not delete anything though, just made a new file for a few of my items.
 
Something isn't compiling. When you load up d20, I would expect there to be an error window. You'll need to paste that message here in order for us to solve the issue.

Guessing here but they look like spell identifiers
sClr = Cleric
CuSeWo = Cure serious wounds

Did you modify anything to do with divine casters?
 
D20 loads with no errors, just the pop up when I load my portfolio. One is a Cleric and one is a Ranger so definitely divine casters.

I just started tinkering with custom items but all I have done so far is create a user file with some custom wondrous items and a few custom skills.

I know a long while back ( before secondary downloads were added) I did bring in a custom Ordained champion class file.

I am probably going to just do a complete fresh install to see if that clears it up if this is not a known issue.

That's strange, but rather than doing a complete re-install, let's try a couple of other things first. First, check your configure hero page to make sure you have all the sources checked that you need. If they are, then do this:

Go to Portfolio -> Strip Missing Sources.
 
Strip missing appears to be greyed out. Another odd thing the errors listed in my initial post, no longer seem to be happening on my cleric portfolio but my ranger portfolio still has one for:

Pick 'sRgrCuLiWo' has been orphaned due to missing thing in batch '181'
 
CLW was there in my spell list, odd thing was that cleric por was no longer throwing the error. I went back to an older saved copy of my cleric and when I opened it, I got the big list of errors I originally posted. I changed a spell on that portfolio and saved, when I opened it back up - no error.

I did the same with my Ranger and the error is now gone.

Not sure what was going on there but hopefully that is resolved. Just need to figure out why Travel Domain is missing now.

Well, I did do some changes to the spell lists for the 1.9 release because there were a lot of duplicates. Maybe you jumped from 1.8 to 1.10? I don't know. Glad it resolved itself though.
