Ultimate Campaign

Hey all, I purchased several packages the other day, notably the Ultimate Campaign. It shows that I purchased it on the website under my account, but it is not displaying or showing up in HL. I see where the option is on the Configure Hero display, but it is greyed out there.

I just activated my license on this new PC, so I cant reactivate it again, but I shouldn't have to for the packages.

Anyone have any ideas? Thx.
 
After purchasing something, you always need to use the "Reactivate Current License" option in the License menu to have your copy of Hero Lab visit the license server and learn what packages you have licensed.
 
Thought I Had, but I'll do it again. This is a new Windows 8.1 machine, something is bound to have an issue now and then.
 
chiefweasel, I checked and your purchase went through. Reactivation, as everyone suggested, should to the trick. :)
