Vampire Count Units missing

Sorry new here and to Army builder but I was about to build a VC list and my characters aren't available (eg. Isabelle, vlad, ect.)

Did I do something wrong when I downloaded the files or am I missing something.

Ensure that Allow Special Characters is enabled
