Adventure Path (AP) NPCs?

So we get the AP books for free, basicly getting access to the AP's exclusive monsters and traits for that AP. I am just curious why this doesn't include the NPCs that are also in the material?

Am I looking in the wrong place, Paizo agreement thing, a sense that can build them ourselves if we wanted to tweak them or option fill in the blank?

Thank you

The Npc's and creatures in an AP are usually entered by us as hero lab users.

It's the magic items and other sundry items that are "officially" input by lone wolf.

The Npc's are easy to recreate, usually.

Something to be aware of, Piazo does not make their NPCs with the Pathfinder books, so if you try to recreate one, you'll find out that it doesnt quite work. The NPC might have more feats than it should, or something like that.

SPiazo does not make their NPCs with the Pathfinder books,
I am sorry but you need to stop saying this. Its 100% not true. The NPCs are made by people and sometimes people make mistakes. They use an excel spreadsheet to do the stat blocks which helps cut down the mistakes but its still not perfect. HL is not perfect either as its still done by a human who will be that very default reason have mistakes. Not taking into account when a rule is not very clear. :)

But they are 100% Pathfinder Rules to make the NPCs.

The community has you covered and we have all the APs including encounters done. See the "Community Bestiary" for more info.

@Bodrin I recently learned only the magic items in the Appendix of the APs are being entered into HL actually. So if we find specific missing magic items inside the adventure we have started to put them into the CB and the Community Player Pack.
