mac version 4.1a #350.
pertinent package: ultimate combat, et. al.

monk: when flowing monk archetype is chosen, the monk does not gain an extra feat at 2nd level. should have 1 bonus feat at each level, 1st and 2nd.

rogue: ninja trick is not available in rogue talents list.

from http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/cor...-talents/paizo---rogue-talents/ninja-trick-ex

Ninja Trick (Ex)
Benefit: A rogue with this talent can choose a trick from the ninja trick list. The rogue can choose but cannot use talents that require ki points, unless she has a ki pool.
Special: A rogue can pick this talent more than once.

monk: when flowing monk archetype is chosen, the monk does not gain an extra feat at 2nd level. should have 1 bonus feat at each level, 1st and 2nd.
Except for the fact that the "Unbalancing Counter" ability from the archetype replaces the 2nd level bonus feat. So a normal monk yes. A Flowing Monk archetype should not get a 2nd level bonus feat.

rogue: ninja trick is not available in rogue talents list.
That specific trick is not listed but if you read down the list of talents you will see that all the Ninja tricks are present. So you just pick the Ninja trick. You don't have to first add the Ninja Trick (Ex) then add the trick you want. Just add the trick directly. :)
