setting rules

I am running a setting called godsend agenda, and I need someone out there to assist with inputting special powers and rules set, is there anyone out there that can help me?

If you go to the Help menu in the editor, you'll see a tutorial that takes you through the basics of creating new content. I recommend you give that a try first.
