abduration question

the below code says your abduration is one hour per level. How would I change the duration to until shape change ability is used again?
would it be better to use a text string instead?

field[abDuration].value += field[xTotalLev].value

The abDuration field and the abDuration tag are used to automatically generate text for abDuraText. I think you can just leave abDuration at 0 and apply a tag. If you don't like any of the available tags, just set the abDuraText field directly.
