Codifying the Ultimate Magus and Wayfarer Guide Prestige Classes

First is it possible to codify these two classes from Complete Mage and Complete Arcane due to the removing of feat on odd levels and applying the +1 to caster class/forcing of lowest caster class on 1st, 4th and 7th level.

I admit I want to know this as well. I have a wizard I am trying to convert into Herolab, and I can get to level 4 and am now stuck as the UM would add a level of arcane to wizard and another to Sorc, and I'm not sure how I could have it add to 2 different arcane tables, as the prestige class section in the editor just seems to add arcane once, or divine, etc.

There should be a checkbox called "Double Extra Magic Levels".
