Hellknight minor orders and the new version of HL

Hi all,

For an non-good campaign we are running my death priest's cohort is a fighter5, hellknight6, with the graveknight template. With the new rules from the Inner Sea guide, I noticed that order of the crux is gone (along with the other minor orders). I am wondering how to add them back in/recreate the order while keeping the new updated rules.
