Can you give me a series of steps to replicate this error, or tell me more about the character it's on?

I have the PF HL updated files, the APG add in and only have 1 added data file for the spell theif class which I pretty much copy and paste recreated from Lawful_g's 3.5 files, I have nothing that requires a a call for aChaoGood in the file but when I open that character it gives this error. it is right at the opening of the character.

So what is that character? Class, Race, Alignment?

Does it only happen on that character? Does it happen on every character you open? Can you get it to happen or not happen by choosing or not choosing some thing?
