I was unclear. I meant refactor the content and then give it back to Paizo as a new and improved version. The CM is designed to allow for really simple versioning so if we, as a community substantially improved their product and said "here, sell this, its better." I doubt they'd sue us.

Maybe so, but I also doubt they'd be all that eager to accept second-guessing from the Community.

And you're assuming Paizo is preparing the content. That may not be the case, just as it is not Paizo staff who does the preparation of content for HeroLab.
