Hi all,
When I try to install I do not get a choice of where to install. I would prefer it to not be on my operating system SSD. In any case, due to this the installer is trying to install to a fiule that does not exist and I get this error: "The Drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible." I have 43GB left on the SSD and access and i get the error when i run as admin as well. Windows 10 64 bit. Any help would be great, thanks. |

Hmm...on my main computer I have Realm Works installed on my E: drive just fine, but I'm not at a computer to play around with it right now.
Did you perhaps relocate your user profile or (My) Documents folders? Realm Works stores things there regardless of where you install the application. Make sure you file a support request (bug report) if you don't figure it out quickly. The link is in a stickied thread at the main level of the forum. Some advice. Try and install realm works on an SSD. It runs better from one.

Testing quickly on my main machine and a couple of VMs, I wasn't able to get the Realm Works installer to not let me choose the install location. (It's the step after the license agreement.)
I don't suppose you've deleted the "Program Files (x86)" folder on your boot drive? I'm continuing to take guesses here. :/ Last edited by Parody; October 8th, 2017 at 02:00 PM. |
