I cannot figure out how to add stuff to a previous created item and create a list when viewed on the main screen.
I have a thieving group I want to add people to, but all I have found so far is the relationships. I added that they belong to the group but they don’t show up under the group when I click on it. I want to be able to do tiered listing like: Thieving group -member 1 -member 2 -member 3 World -continent -city -town But cannot figure out how to do these mechanically. I see tutorial videos where people show what they’ve already done and the user manual just explains what a group is, but I don’t see steps on how to actually do it. I’m sure it’s very easy and obvious but I’ve spent a few days searching and can’t fogure it out. |

You create hierarchies using Containment. Try dragging a Topic/Article on top of another one in the Navigation Pane (left) or clicking the + icon next to Containing Topic in the Transitions Pane (right).

The groups objects are just topics. So to turn something into what we call a parent topic you simply drag a topic into it.
If you hold shift while doing the drag it avoids the prompt which is handy for doing bulk moves. If you aren't a drag and drop sort of guy there is also a control on the right side of each topic that lets you set the containing topic for each topic.
