D&D 5e updates - Paladin

Hello to all, I have a few questions about the update.

I am playing in the newest Ravenloft scenario and my character is a Paladin of Lathander. I have noticed that he is not listed in the deities section. Is there a way to include him?

Also I purchased the Paladin Deck for the Paladin and I have access to the spell Compelled Duel, according to the deck, but it is not listed in my spell options. Is there a way to access it and add it?

Also do the new updates (new to me) from this sites source, automatically update an existing character?

Once content is update it is made available to your character but you need to enable the source from the configuration of each character. Once you install the community pack you will notice there are alot more options to choose from. Many of which are not official, so if that's an issue, just don't select the tick box for the options you don't want to see on your character.
