List of all Characters/Npc's

Hello,
I run a Deadlands Reloaded Campaign and use RW to put in all the info I will use for the different sessions. I also put in all the rules and backgrounds of the settings.
Concerning NPC, I mainly place them under the town where they live. Major Npc's, not linked to a unique town are put under the 'people' group.
I wondered if there is a simple way to get a list of all people in the Realm, whatever under which category they have been entered ?

Edit : I found how tu use the tags 'Extra' and 'Wildcard'. Need to assign the tags for the Npc's I didn't do it for. If you have other ways, it remains interesting for me to know
