More simply the rules have been done to not field huge pieces like greater dragons and demons in smallest armies.

Couple to toss in for fixes:
- Unless I'm missing something White Lion Chariot should be S4/6 since the crew starts at s4 and has great weapons.
- Great Eagles are now Monstrous Beasts (yay swiftstride and stomp)

Omission:

High Elf Dragons and the griffon do not have the "Thunderstomp" ability listed on their profile.
