Restricted use on Devices (missing 3PP restriction)

Hey, guys,

I've been busy playing around with the Authoring kit, so I hadn't noticed this small missed item until recently. In Ultimate Powers, Device actually has three levels of Restriction that can be put on it. +1 for just Restricted use (such as only by people of the same bloodline), +2 for only usable by you, and the one that is missing - +3 for "only a limited number can even lift your device (which may require extraordinary strength or some other quality) and only you can properly use it." That's a direct quote from the UP Restricted paragraph in the Device Power description. Although I can click on "Restricted Use" first and then 'Only Usable By You", it doesn't count both of them together, it just counts the +2PP cost of the second one.

To add in the +3 option, could you either make it so that both boxes could be checked and count together to equal +3PPs, or add a third check box for the +3PP restriction?

Oops, I totally missed that change in Ultimate Power. I'll get this resolved in the next update. Thanks!

No problem, Colen. Like I said in my post, I didn't notice it until now, either.
