Hello.
Is there a reason why "Lay on hands" applications are not refreshed after a long rest? |

If you believe you have found a bug (even if you aren't sure) it's best to report it with the bug tool. This way the Devs will know about it and you can get a response. They may not see a forum post.

So I will assume that this is not intentional/optional and create a bug report instead.

Yes, it SHOULD refresh with a long rest, so it's a "bug". (I just made a Paladin and checked.) If something doesn't work the way you think it should, it's worth reporting it, even if you aren't sure its a bug. I've reported it too.
