Hi,
Yesterday I downloaded the demo and took it for a test drive a couple of time. IMHO this is the best Hero creator software on the market. So last night, I went to the 'Hero Lab Online Purchase' web page and I when thru the purchasing steps. I got to the step of waiting for the email step. I waited and waited. How long should it take to get a response? Right now I am assuming I did something wrong but I want to give it the correct amount. Sannos |

The order is processed immediately and automatically by our server. There is no manual step involved. So the license and receipt emails should be sent within a few moments of the order being completed. I just checked our records and we show a successful order on the 25th at around 11:45pm Pacific time. That appears to after this post (I'm replying from a tradeshow so I can't verify things as well as I'd like). So it looks like something went amiss with the original order attempt and your retry was successful. If you're still having problems, please let me know and I'll do my best to troubleshoot the problem for you. |
