V1.3a Released

To ring in the new year, we just released V1.3a. This update includes
a smattering of things, including:

* d20 - Added Pathfinder 4 material
* d20 - Added extra domains and spells from the SRD
* d20 - Added the concept of "Upbringing" feats and a ruleset to take
a free one
* WoD - Added basic Requiem for Rome mechanics
* WoD - Added ability to add custom skills and make existing skill dual-purpose
* WoD - Added facility to define custom mechanisms for the data files
* Lots of bug fixes both in HL itself and in the data files for d20 and WoD

You can download the new version from the website or via the
integrated Updates mechanism. Please check the readme file for
details on core product changes and the separate FAQ for each game
system to get the list of changes.

We're hard at work on the upcoming Campaign R&D release. We ran into
a few snags in the early going that have us running a bit behind
where we'd intended, but everything is proceeding apace now. We're
also putting the final touches on the Mutants & Masterminds files for
the upcoming public preview. Lots of cool stuff is in the pipeline,
and I'm anxious to start rolling it out in the weeks and months to come.
