Mighty Summons and Monster Summoning package

Just bought the package that lets you create your summoned monsters and add all the little tweaks from feats and stuff easy as pie.

Problem is the game just went Mythic and I've taken Mighty Summons from the Heirophant list, which should give me the ability to add the Agile or Savage Mythic templates to my summoned monsters... and I don't seem to get that option. Am I missing some key element, is there something I must enable. I made the choice on my core character but it hasn't done anything for my summoned monster.
