Can there be a way added so that when one creates a power mod it can be added to existing powers?

You need to duplicate the power, add it to the duplicate and preclude the original.

I think he means that as a feature request. So maybe the same way that something like "Device" is a Power Mod that can be used with any power it would be cool to be able to create a Mod like that which, by default, could be used with any power. I'm not sure if, they way it's set up, that's even possible but it would be helpful if it somehow was.
