[Rippers] Rippertech side effects and added benefits

Hey all!

I've poked around a bit with the Rippers file, and I can't see a way to modify Rippertech based on successful surgeries.

How would you, for example, reduce the Reason penalty, or remove the Side Effect, or add the Additional Benefit?

Is this something one has to do with the Adjustments feature?
