iPad Missing Functionality

Hello all,
This being my first post I am not certain what information I should be adding
I am playing a 5e 5th level Dwarven Sorcerer.
I see that there are a few things missing and I was wondering if it was intentional if so why or is it there and I can't find it?
1. I am no able to play a Mountain Dwarf.
2. I am not able to see any feats or manually add them
3. I do not see all spells for example Fire Bolt or manually add them

Please help so far I love this for my iPad there are just some gaps and I don't understand why.

If you didn't add the Community 5e Pack then 5e SRD only comes with one feat and very basic stuff.
