From the announcements thread:

On Friday morning (January 24th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online and Realm Works down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: Things are taking a bit longer than expected, but we expect to be back up by 11:30 am or a bit earlier.

Please consider that Friday, Satuday and Sunday are popular gaming days.

My group is in Europe, so 10 AM Pacific time is actually 7pm here.

I don't know if there is a way around it, I just thought you should know that at least my group meet at 7pm and we had to start by waiting 90 min for hero lab to come back on.

My groups are on european time as well, since moving over to HLO they have taken the precaution of having a pdf backup ready before every session. The times are not ideal, but you will always upset somebody I guess.

My Saturday games begins at 15:00 GMT and runs through to midnight, with my Wednesday game starting at 19:00 GMT and running until 23:00. Both are often affected, but as the software develops I suspect these will be less and less, so I am willing to deal with it for now :)

Yeah, I understand that the campaign theater is in Beta and more downtimes may be needed. I just point out that if Friday 10 AM Pacific time ends up as a weekly maintenance downtime because it's thought to be outside gaming hours... I just want to raise an EU flag.
