Help making a subrace

I need to create a subrace or alternate race for Tiefling and I am looking for the best way to do it.

I need to change Hellish Resistance to Necromantic Resistance: You have resistance to Necrotic Damage.

I need to change the spells in Infernal legacy to Enthrall at 3rd level & Vampiric Touch at 5th.

Please help me to understand the editor enough to make this change

For both of these you would make NEW abilities that matched what you wanted. You would do this on the "Race->Var. Racial Trt" tab and have them set to Replace the original versions. This way the original abilities Turn Off/Disabled and your new ones take affect.

You do it this way because once something is bootstrapped you can't Un-bootstrap it.
