Worn Item Weight Encumbrance

I have played with a couple of groups now and we have all gone with the house rule that if you are wearing the armor or wielding the weapon that its weight doesn't count towards your encumbrance. I was wondering if any one else has ever played with this house rule and if it would be possible to get it added as a house rule option we can select within Hero Lab much like no coin weight and so on.
 
You could just "Drop to Ground" any items you dont want counted against weight
Alternatively, create a custom container "Worn Items" that weighs 0, and place the items/gear in that
