Wondrous Item which grants a Feat

I’m fairly new to the editor and my scripting to this point has been limited to copying from existing items. Working in Pathfinder, I want to create a Pistol Bandoleer which grants the Quick Draw Feat to the wearer. So far I haven’t been able to figure out how to create a Wondrous Item which grants a Feat. Can anyone help.
