First of all, let me apologize if this has been brought up elsewhere.

When creating a character and selecting the Wizard class, I am unable to select any spells past 0 Level Spells. The search field states "all 21 items" (these being the 0 level spells.) This also carries over into the specialization spells. Only the 0 level spells are available.

Is anyone else having this issue or is there something that I can do to resolve this?

I think you need to add your spells in your spellbook before you memorize them.

click on spellbook and add the level 1 spells your PC knows first then try to memorize them.
 
LOL, yessir, that did it. I didn't notice that rather important button sitting over there. I feel foolish. Thank you very much for the assist!
