Witch archtype question and possible bug

I have already submitted a bug report on this but I thought I better double check and make sure I am not wrong.

So the Witch archtype White Haired Witch you get the hair ability but it replaces your hex ability. The Hex Channeler archetype gives you the channel ability but you loose your 2nd level hex.

Right now Hero Lab is letting you take both archetypes. Am I missing something here or is this really a bug?
 
Actually looking further there are a bunch of other archetypes like the Herb Witch that replace a hex for an ability that still show as being available to choose.
