Can I run Hero Lab on a Windows 8 phone?

No... Herolab does not work on any phone systems. Even in IOS it's tablet only.
And trust me, you would not want to use the software on that small a screen.

Thought so. It works great though for viewing the character PDFs though.
Actually you can't even run Herolab on a Windows Surface Tablet unless it is the pro version (full version of the Windows 8 Operating System) only. Even then it would be slow on the tablet as it is the full Windows version of Hero Lab and most tablets do not have the memory to run Hero Lab very well unless it is the iOS system which as a Hero Lab lite version so to speak.

I have no trouble running HeroLab on the SurfacePro. It is not slow at all.

Seriously. I run Hero Lab fine on a Windows 8 Core i3 laptop, and the Surface Pro is a Core i5.
I stand corrected.. my apologies as it was not intended to give false information. It is good that it is able to run Herolab! But in my defense.. most (not all) tablets generally would not have the power to run HL on them.
