Wild Enchant with Dragonhide Plate

hkyeakley

New member
Hello.

I have a level 10 druid with a full set of dragonhide plate. I would like to apply the wild enchant to the armor.

When I go into HL to add an armor item with the wild enchant, I can find the dragonhide armor, and I can find the wild enchant, but it won't let me apply the wild enchant to the dragonhide armor.

I feel like I'm making a rookie mistake.

Does anyone know how to add a set of dragonhide armor with the wild enchant?

Thank you.

1. Click on "New Magic, Custom or MW armour"
2. Select "custom /magic armour"
3. Select "Dragonhide Plate", add special ability.

I noted that if you just add the Dragonhide Plate from the first list, you can't edit it to make it magical or give it armour special abilities.

Shadow Chemosh actually created a custom version of elven chainmail to get around the same problem.

Not that ShadowChemosh isn't an incalculable help, but the customizable elven chainmail fix was something we did internally. It was necessary for some characters from an AP, if I recall correctly, and while we want to expand it to all specific magic armors we just haven't had the time to accomplish that unfortunately.

But my version of Elven Chainmail that can be made magical has been around longer. :)

Plus the community pack has Dwarven Plate, all versions of Dragonhide armor (Plate and Breastplate) and the correct version of Mithral Chain Shirt. All that can be made magical or purchased straight up as non-magical armor.

There is a special version of Unique Elven Chainmail in the CORE files that can be made magical now by LW. It of course is a little nicer display in the UI. Show offs. :)
