Wierd login Problem

I was trying to activate a data package on my HeroLab program and something weird happened. Normally it takes me to an internet page off the main site(I think) where I type in my license number and password to get to the page where I can purchase the data packages. Instead it's bringing up a Microsoft Word page that looks exactly like the login page I was trying to get to. When I enter my information and hit enter it gives me an error message saying"canceled due to restrictions on your computer, contact the system administrator". What the hell is going on? Have I been hacked somehow? Has this happened to anyone else? Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
It turns out that somehow Firefox was turned off as my default browser. I turned it back to firefox and now everything works again. Thanks for your help!
