Why is my Fly skill showing -1?

I can't figure out why HeroLab is showing my Fly Skill at -1. I have no ranks in the skill, with a Dex of 14 (+2 Dex modifier). Race is Changeling with Green Widow bloodline, which does not confer any penalties to the Fly skill. Armor is +1 lamellar leather, which has a -1 ACP. By my calculations, the Fly skill should be +1, so why is HeroLab saying it is -1? There are also no feats, flaws or traits on the character that detract from the Fly skill.
