I removed all adjustments save for this one which I can't... The only text on it is source unholy.

I put the token up so that others can look at the character.

There's nothing in that code that I see that I know how to use to open that character and take a look. You should report this to support@wolflair.com or use the bug report form within the program (it's in the gear icon) - they can get a copy of the character from you without having to share account information on a public forum. That'll let us take a look to see if we can figure out where it's coming from.

If you're Sanctified Holy/Unholy and are carrying an item with the opposite trait you may be Enfeebled. (Weapons/weapon runes are the common one, and you only have to be carrying it, not wielding it.)

You should submit a bug report as Mathias suggested through the program. That way someone at LWD can see your character and figure out what it's from.
