Which pathfinder package contains the Starbow?

Look at the Copyright Notice section at the foot of the page you linked, that tells you this is from AP 75. All player content from APs is available for free, no purchase necessary, so you just need to figure out which path that was and turn it on for this character to see the weapon.
 
Ok, thanks for the clarification! I ended up enabling all the adventure paths to my character and was able to find the Starbow. At the bottom of the item it says it appears in the "Wrath of the Righteous" AP.
