Where to start (Class Levels)

I am in a D20 game where the GM uses racial levels in addition to regular levels....as the character ages, he attains new racial levels.

it adds some flavor to the game.

Question is...whats a good way to record this in the program....any help would be great!

:)

for example, here are the level 1 elf stats....

Level One
At Age of 100, an adult Elf achieves the first Racial level, bestowing the following benefits:

Bonus Feat of Skill Focus or Improved Skill Focus
-1 Constitution
+1 On any one Mental Ability Score
May make a profession/skill roll for extra wealth for a year. Every four years until Age of 150 allows another roll for yearly income.

The easiest way to do this would simply be to add "Elf Racial" as a
separate class, that can't be taken unless you're a member of the elf
race. You could then take levels of this class as you level up, and it
would work just like any other, so you could add bonus feats and special
abilities appropriately.

Hope this helps,
