Where to Share!?

For once I have something to bring before the community that isn't a problem! I think I have a working, if incredibly simple, Three Rocketeers mock up. It's pretty much just the campaign and I'm still working on it, but this brought me to a question: Where do we even share this stuff anyway? I mean, I've never heard of a repository for system hacks or the like, so where does it go when we want to share it?
 
Here's the answer from ShadowChemosh in reply to me when I asked the exact same question a while back.

First thing you need is a .hl file which is a HL install file. This is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Start HL and any game system and go to "Tools->Launch HLExport" to see the tool. For help on this got to "Help->Hero Lab Manual->Distributing Data Files".
