Where, oh where, have the Ork special characters gone?

I just moved Army Builder over to my new computer and updated the licence in expectation of using it to create a list for a 40K RTT on Saturday.

I open up an Ork 40K roster, download the latest file update, and what do I find. (Or NOT find, actually.)

No Zagstruk, no Snikrot, no named characters.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a different file I need to pull down to get access to some of these fine gentlemen?

I'd really appreciate some help with this one.

See the answer to the question about Yriel from a day or two ago.

When creating a roster, click the clipboard icon, go to roster options, and select special characters.
