Where is the Data Packages Page

Welcome to the boards, NapalmMoose!

From within Hero Lab you can go to your License tab, select "Purchase Data Package" and then log in to our store, choose a game system, and see all of our offerings.

Yeah. Gotta do it through the program first. It would be particularly useful if you could let people access the data packages from the site itself more easily rather than having to go through the Hero Lab program first. Food for thought. Because I ended up in the same problem as the OP here where I spent way too long trying to find a link to view the data packages available. I may not always be on my computer with the Hero Lab program on it, so being able to log in and see from the website really really would be a helpful feature. There is literally no reason to hide it like it is...

We recently launched a revamped wolflair.com website and we're still adding components back to it. Pages that lists the data package descriptions and prices so they can be seen without having to log into Hero Labs are one of those components. It is on our list and will be added back soon. :)

How much longer?

over a year later. I'm at work with a little free time. When will I be able to browse packages where I don't have the product installed?

Unfortunately, web design was a casualty of cutbacks. I'm still working on it but I only work part-time now, so it's slow going as I don't often have "extra" hours. It's a priority page that I'm hoping to revive this month or next. :)

Perhaps you need help?
I have friends who do website design. Reliable guy, I know them for more than 5 years, they work with large companies. You can contact them https://www.boldwebagency.com/

Right now, I am not very happy. I have the Hero Lab Classic for Pathfinder 1st Edition, and when I went to buy additional Data Packages that I still need, the store was completely changed, and I can't find Data Packages. It is not at all user-friendly. Has Lone Wolf completely stopped supporting Hero Lab Classic and Pathfinder 1st Edition? Am I going to be forced to find a different program to run my games or, worse, go back to pen and paper? What is going on with Lone Wolf? It was bad enough that it dropped Realm Works; now I can't buy additional Data Packages in its not-so-user-friendly store.:mad::mad:

I just bought a data package a few hours ago, as long as you have associated your classic licenses with your account you can just add packages.

It's not that bad! Yes, it's different, it's not as simple to use as the old store (at first) but it's not really that complicated.
Go to the store page.
Pick Online, Hybrid or Classic.
Log-in. You may need to make a new account and then associate your original license with the account.
The store shows packages you don't own, and you can use the filter to show particular game systems.

I am not seeing any packages to purchase and I know I haven't bought all of them. This is ridiculous.

If you have done what everyone suggested and you still can't see anything, you need to speak to LW. Send an email to support.

So, I found and purchased the SWADE package, but I cannot figure out how to actually install the files into Hero Lab Classic? Little help?
