Where do I report HL Bugs?

I looked at the sticky and it seems that they have links reporting problems for everything in content, but not with hero lab itself.

There is a printing issue when printing characters that sometimes random equipment, weapons and spells won't print.

I am not sure that falls under Paizo content.... as it is a printing issue.

It just happens to happen with the Pathfinder character sheet.

That's assuming, of course, that you're using one of the stock sheets that came with HL and not a custom sheet.

So this is still a Pathfinder bug and should be reported as such. The built in character sheets are built specific to each "game" system not Hero Lab the software.
