Where Do I Enable Oracle Curse?

Do I have to manually add all of the conditions my curse gives me, or is there a spot to add the curse so that it does all the modifications for me? Thank you.
 
On the play tab, the curse will be listed under special abilities. There's a gear icon to adjust the current curse level.
