M&M 2nd ed. Where are the Heroes?

I just bought Hero Lab and the Mutants & Masterminds add-ons. I expected to find the actual super heroes from books like Freedom City and Hero High to be available for import. However, I didn't find them. Am I not looking in the right place or are they not available?
 
I'm not certain what the legal status of those are, to be honest. Green Ronin gave Lone Wolf permission to enter all of the archetypes and to use all of the art, but I'm not certain if there was permission for the named heroes. It's probably not an issue, but the volunteers have tread carefully.
 
^_^ True. And I think I'm to blame for entering that one in. I'm most of the way through the Freedom League right now. I'll post that when I get it together.
