What's up with manual licensing???

I use AB in my PC at work where I believe the firewall is preventing me from communicating with the AB license server. I followed the directions for a manual activation, generated the key file and put it where they told me (C:\Program Files\Army Builder). But when I start up AB from that directory it still thinks it's in demo mode! This licensing thing is such a freakin' headache I'm starting to think about going back to using spreadsheets again :( Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I don't have much hair left....
 
Hi! Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your license. If you haven't contacted our support desk yet, please send me an e-mail with information on the license key you are using. I'll check things on this end, and then we'll go from there to get you going.
